Welcome to Arkaso - A Lifestyle Choice for Busy Parents

We help students complete homework and achieve academic excellence. We also prepare them for MAP, PACE, GT, STAR and CoGAT testing. In the summer, kids can learn and practice upcoming school year's coursework or review prior year's materials for improved understanding.

What we do
We partner with busy parents to help develop their pre-school and school-age children.
Our Pre-School program is designed to provide your child a warm, loving and fun environment. We have extremely low student/teacher ratios. Our goal is help you prepare an academically and socially confident kindergartner.
Our One-Stop-Shop program caters to school-age kids' developmental needs. We ensure each child receives quality homework assistance and develops academic skills, along with a healthy exercise routine, all while the parents are working. So, when you are done with your workday, you don't have to spend the rest of the evening driving your kids around town. All your child needs, after you pick them up from Arkaso, is a shower and a dinner.
According to WebMD.com, children in elementary school need 10-11 hours of sleep every night. So, if your Elementary age child wakes up at 6:30 AM to get ready for school, they should be sound asleep by around 8 PM the night before. Lack of adequate sleep hinders proper brain development and has been associated with behavior problems.
Simply put, your child's after-school program time is precious. It needs to provide for most of your child's academic and physical development needs. We offer your child a healthy, nurturing routine that addresses educational and physical development needs. If you had a tough day at work, feel free to put your feet up and watch TV when you get home (without having to worry about your child and their care). If you value your time, and are looking for a worry free routine to develop your child, please contact us.
How we do it
We believe the quality of the conversation between a teacher and the student is extremely important.
All academic skills development work is done at our facility. There are no workbooks being sent home for you to do, or grade. Each parent is welcome to inspect the work being done by their child anytime they wish.
Our student-teacher ratio is half of other schools. In our One-Stop-Shop, we help each child do their homework and develop academic skills everyday. Each teacher will get to know each child personally and review their homework to ensure it doesn't need any further work to be turned in the next day.
We offer quality physical activities for your child after they complete their studies. All activities are offered at our facility by the highest quality instructors. In short, your child gets trained at our facility in the type of activities you would take them to, absent other demands on your time.
Why we succeed
Above all else, children need personal attention and crave routine. Chances of success increase dramatically if they are put in a positive, friendly environment, where they are given the opportunity to develop their skills.
At Arkaso, success is hard-coded. Our students advance academically because they recieve high quality education and personal attention. This will be combined with the opportunity to participate in a rich variety of activities. By the time you are done with your workday, your child has gone to school, done their homework, developed their academic skills, exercised and socialized with their Arkaso teammates.
Our facility
We have a state-of-the-art 4000 sq. ft. brand new facility with indoor gym and a multi-purpose studio room for Dance, Basketball and Martial Arts. We are located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Coit road and Highway 121 (Kroger Plaza). Our postal address is 9720 Coit Road, Suite 111, Plano, TX 75025.
